FlowGPT Funding Round & FlowDAO Tokenomics Strategy Presentation

As we continue to innovate and grow, we are launching a funding round on the DeSo Protocol, offering investors the opportunity to acquire FlowDAO tokens. FlowDAO Tokens

FlowDAO tokens are a representation of stake and participation in the FlowGPT platform. These tokens will not only represent the value of an investor's contribution, but will also be tied to the value of FlowGPT's Flux Tokens. This unique approach to tokenomics ensures that the interests of investors and the platform are aligned, fostering a sustainable and profitable model for investors.

Tokenomics Strategy

Our tokenomics strategy is designed to ensure fair valuation, encourage long-term holding, and give token holders a voice in the future of FlowGPT. Here's how we will implement it:

Initial Valuation: The initial value of each $FlowDAO token is derived from the total valuation of $10 million USD divided by the total supply of 50,000,000 tokens, resulting in an initial valuation of $0.20 per $FlowDAO token.

Token Distribution: We plan to distribute the tokens as follows: 50% for public sale, 20% for private sale, 20% reserved for the team and advisors, and 10% for community rewards and incentives.

Stability Mechanisms: To ensure market stability, we will implement vesting schedules for our team and large investors. The team and advisors will have a vesting period of 24 months with a 6-month cliff.

Growth Incentives: We will provide staking rewards equivalent to 5% annually to encourage long-term holding. Also, holders of more than 1% of the total $FlowDAO supply will receive early access to new features.

Governance: $FlowDAO token holders will be able to participate in governance decisions. A minimum of 0.1% of the total $FlowDAO supply is required to propose a governance action.

Valuation

Based on the initial valuation:

Each $FlowDAO token is equivalent to 20 Flux.
With the current $DeSo price of $8.75, each $FlowDAO token is approximately equivalent to 0.023 $DeSo.
