I'd blame the core team either way ... either the vague comms with little transparency on treasury or insider dumps with people fearing even bigger dumps coming through in the coming days.

Are you rate limiting or blocking requests to the core node/services from localhost testing environments?

Having no issues in development, but in production this is causing big delays.
