Anyone else seeing time delay on posts between nodes again, besides @striga ?

One of my posts took 18 minutes the other 12 to show up from posting on @desofy to @DeSocialWorld and @diamond , but was instantaneous on @Gemstori
@deso @nader are we having mempool issues again?
