This account (@rDAOfoundation) is designed to raise capital to pay directly to our team. And to attract additional talent to the team. And so we can test our distribution software.

We have ONE COIN.

 - .5 will be budgeted to members of the team. 
 - .5 will be sold in Openfund in exchange for $5,000.

Our onChain software fees are in MICROPAYMENTS for each use (~100th of a US penny).

Minimal income is necessary to sustain this project. Mostly, so that Daniel does not have to take on distracting contract work, but everyone on the team will be awarded a budget, coin, and an hourly pay.

By selling off half the coin (.5) in exchange for real money, through the Openfund.com, we will have the budget we need to complete the project. We have demonstrated most of the parts already. At Openfund, holders of the coin will continue to earn micropayments every time any of that software is used. Forever.
 
 - This DAO will be governed by the rDAO software (our primary project). 
 - We will adhere to the Ethos Constitution.

We believe the rDAO software, with all of its parts and pieces, combined with our other products we specify to be built within this budget, will eventually reach ONE BILLION clicks. 

At which point the coin will have yielded 10X in payouts regardless of the value of the coin or value of DeSo .

 - 1,000,000,000 (billion) clicks at $0.0001 per click = $100,000
(100 clicks per penny by adjusting DeSo nanos) which is
 - 1,000,000,000 clicks = 1,000,000 users X 1,000 clicks
or

 - 1,000,000,000 clicks = 100,000 users X 100 clicks PER 100 DAYS
yielding 10X is reasonable ($100,000) every 100 days!
so, yielding 100X is possible (a $million)

Do we NEED funding? 
No, but addition team members paid would if in time for $$focus launch. 

Exchanging future profits for living expenses is my best option. The few people that have followed our progress could purchase a bit of the coin. We will see if the project gets noticed. We will be doing a press release with the editable spreadsheet rollout soon.
