If there is no pressure to grow, your brain will literally try everything to avoid any kind of effort.

On the other hand, when you are forced to level up, you brain will provide unlimited amounts of energy.

In today's world where everything is handed to us, this becomes twice as hard:

  1. For millions of years we were thrown into the brutal nature of life from age 0. It was learn, adapt, grow or die. Today the biggest struggle most of us face is getting up early or hitting the gym 3 times a week. Because most of our needs are met, your brain will sabotage any efforts at growth.
  2. With unlimited pleasures and distractions, your brain has an easy game at convincing you not to invest, but to consume.

There are only two ways to work around these default settings.

  • You either remove all instant pleasures from your life
  • Or you make your goal a fundamental necessity for your future existence

Once you deeply commit to one of these two, your brain will reward you with focus and drive that will literally feel limitless.

Everyone thinks of themselves as being moral

But few are truly tested

A husband is NOT loyal to his wife simply because he does not cheat

His loyalty is proven ONLY when he has easy access to other woman

Without confronting hard truths and difficult choices, your morality remains in question.

Getting the "Something seems a little off, but don't worry! We're working on it." when trying to deposit SOL.

One previous deposit of 25 SOL is currently stuck https://explorer.solana.com/tx/24iesz38EcXAHfhejTiY77MYHX9ZPgUdjPTQvFSX6NjWRYXJQjRtQrqpuRDHRN9dYXAJYbZfwPBHhVNjipHUyXAP

@nader @mossified

Could you please have a look at my BTC deposit transaction?

It has been stuck for 2 hours now (still confirming on openfund) while bitcoin confirmed some time ago.

It's about 10k worth and at current volatility, there is a real chance to loose serious money.

Appreciate it 🙏

Money buys time, not happiness.

Whether or not you choose to buy time with your money along with what you decide to do with the newly bought time is what impacts happiness.

Some choose to further trap themselves with money by committing to more oppressive obligations like more expensive houses, cars, and lifestyles. These are the people that money actually brings the opposite of happiness.

Others choose to use money to buy back their time or to help others. These are the steps to money buying happiness.

Hey @nader @mossified,

just sold 17.4 SOL on openfund, but only 4.58 SOL were actually sold. The rest somehow disappeared (explorer & openfund log do not match as well)

Also: The order of executed sells does not make sense. My order (Coinwhale) was executed first, but at lower AMM price.

It seems like @lowprice and I sold around the same time. The behaviour is still very strange.

Telling you this as a feedback / bug report.

If you have any idea how I can recover the lost 12,8 SOL, I would be very thankful!

Suggestion @nader @mossified

Decrease the Openfund liquidity to +-10k at 2% slippage

With the current settings, buying 700k $DESO will move the price by 10$.

If we plan on going back to 40 or even higher, it shouldn't cost us 20% the supply.
