If you're a web3 builder/ project - what are your core values? Have you codified and shared those with your community?
It seems to me most successful initiatives revolve around a strong community, attracted by shared values and goals, which builds intrinsic motivation.
Thoughts on what Lens are building at the protocol level? Looks like interesting NFT dynamics via NFT "follows" that can be used for governance purposes.
